Care 22 keeps pricing refreshingly simple: every 60-minute package is 799 ฿ (regular 999 ฿). No surprises, no upselling. Whether you come for our signature Head Spa, a Face Spa, a Foot Spa, an Ear Spa, a Coconut Oil Hair Spa, or a build-your-own Men’s Grooming or Women’s Grooming session, you pay one clear price. For a longer visit, the 2-Spa Combo pairs any two spas in 90 minutes for 1,199 ฿ (regular 1,499 ฿), and the 3-Spa Combo any three in 120 minutes for 1,599 ฿ (regular 1,999 ฿).

Premium head spas elsewhere in Bangkok often charge 1,500 to 3,500 ฿ for a comparable hour.
