Getting there from BTS Asok
From BTS Asok, exit towards Sukhumvit Road and walk south. Soi 22 is on the right, approximately 8–10 minutes on foot. Care 22 is inside the soi — look for the white shopfront with the Care 22 sign above the entrance.
Motorbike taxis operate at the BTS Asok exit and can take you directly to Soi 22 in about 2 minutes for 20–30 ฿.

From BTS Phrom Phong, walk north along Sukhumvit. Soi 22 is on the left, approximately 8 minutes on foot. The walk is flat and direct.
